工(gong)作注意(yi)事項:1、開(kai)機前應(yīng)檢查泵(bèng)軸轉動(dong)是否靈(líng)活，有無(wú)卡阻現(xian)象，進出(chu)口☀️管道(dào)上的閥(fa)門是否(fǒu)開啟，泵(beng)的旋轉(zhuan)方向是(shi)👨❤️👨否正确(què)。2、長時間(jian)沒有使(shi)用的泵(beng)開機前(qian)應向泵(beng)腔中注(zhù)入一定(dìng)💃🏻量的潤(run)滑液，以(yǐ)減少泵(bèng)在吸油(you)過程中(zhong)的幹摩(mo)擦，并可(ke)提高泵(beng)自吸性(xing)能。3、開機(jī)後如有(yǒu)不正常(chang)的噪音(yīn)或過熱(re)現象，應(yīng)立即停(tíng)車檢查(cha)。4、檢查泵(beng)軸端有(yǒu)無洩露(lu)現象，如(rú)：對填料(liào)密封應(yīng)适當調(diao)緊壓緊(jǐn)蓋、其他(ta)密封則(zé)應拆機(jī)檢查。5、若(ruò)輸送熱(rè)油，在開(kai)車時應(ying)均勻預(yù)熱，預熱(re)是利用(yòng)被輸送(sòng)的介質(zhì)不斷通(tōng)過泵體(tǐ)進行的(de)。6、泵停機(jī)時，首先(xiān)切斷電(dian)源，然後(hou)關閉進(jin)出口管(guan)道上的(de)🧡閥門🌈，避(bì)免造成(chéng)泵倒轉(zhuǎn)。Work matters needing attention: 1, should check whether the pump shaft rotation is flexible, before starting the presence of jam phenomenon, import and export pipeline valve is open, the direction of rotation of the pump is correct.2, long time no use the pump to the pump before starting the cavity inject a certain amount of lubricant to reduce the pump in the dry friction in the process of oil absorption, and can improve the performance of self-priming pump.3, after the boot if there is any abnormal noise or overheating phenomenon, should immediately stop check.4, check whether there is any leakage on the pump shaft end phenomenon, such as: the packing should be properly tighten clamp cover and other sealing should teardown check.5, if conveying hot oil, while driving should be uniform preheating, preheating is to use the media constantly through the pump body to be delivered.6, when the pump stop, cut off power supply first, then close the import and export pipeline valve, avoid to cause back pump.
使用與(yu)安裝:1、機(jī)組應安(ān)裝在水(shui)平水泥(ní)基礎上(shang)，用地腳(jiǎo)螺栓固(gù)定。2、右聯(lián)軸器應(yīng)同軸，安(an)裝完成(chéng)後，轉動(dòng)聯軸器(qì)确認運(yùn)轉順暢(chang)無負壓(ya)力現象(xiang)後，方可(kě)進入運(yùn)行。3、泵不(bu)适合輸(shū)送不潔(jie)油液，故(gù)在進口(kǒu)管端應(ying)設濾油(you)器。4、泵無(wú)安全閥(fá)，建議在(zài)排油管(guǎn)路中，設(she)安全閥(fa)，以确保(bao)系統安(ān)全運行(hang)。5、泵的安(ān)裝高度(du)，不超過(guo)允許吸(xī)上高度(dù)。6、泵的轉(zhuan)向規定(dìng)：從泵端(duan)向電機(ji)看，旋轉(zhuǎn)方向為(wéi)逆時針(zhen)。Use and installation: 1, the unit should be installed in a horizontal cement, on the basis of land use fixed bolt.2, should right coupling coaxial, after the installation is complete, turn the coupling confirmed after running smoothly without negative pressure phenomenon, may run into.3, the pump is not suitable for conveying impurity oil, therefore, at the inlet pipe should be set oil filter.4 no relief valve, pump, it is suggested that in the discharge of oil pipeline, a safety valve, and to ensure the safe operation of the system.5, pump installation height, no more than allow on the suction height.6, pump steering regulation: look from the pump to the motor, for counterclockwise rotation direction.
