NYP泵是(shì)容積式内齧合齒(chi)輪泵，主動齒輪（外(wai)轉子）帶動被動齒(chǐ)輪（内轉子）旋轉時(shi)，不斷産生封閉的(de)空間，在吸油區齒(chi)輪逐漸脫離齧合(he)而液體不斷地充(chōng)滿齒間并被帶到(dào)出油區，齒輪在出(chu)油區進入齧合時(shi)液體被排出。兩個(ge)旋轉齒輪的共同(tong)作用，形成一個穩(wen)定的體積排量，沒(méi)有脈動。由📞于泵是(shì)完全對稱的，泵可(ke)✨以反轉，液流方向(xiang)也随之🔞改變。但應(yīng)注意💔，泵的轉向可(ke)能受到密封或泵(beng)🏃‍♀️内其它結構的限(xian)制，用戶有反轉要(yao)求時應在訂貨時(shi)做出說明
    該(gāi)泵的流量可根據(jù)液體粘度選擇合(hé)适的轉速來調整(zheng)。由于泵🧑🏾‍🤝‍🧑🏼的流量取(qǔ)決于單轉排量和(he)旋轉速度，單轉排(pái)量🚶‍♀️是泵軸旋轉360度的體積排量(liàng)，實際上，單轉排量(liang)是在進出口壓差(chà)為零時泵轉一周(zhou)的流量。各種規格(ge)的泵因為幾何㊙️尺(chǐ)寸已定，隻有✔️通過(guò)改變🔴轉速來調整(zhěng)流量。轉速可由改(gǎi)變馬達的轉速或(huò)減速機的速比而(er)改變，也可用變速(sù)馬達或可變速減(jian)速機。

    1、工作壓(yā)力的選定1, select the work pressure

　　2.安裝與試運轉(zhuan)2. Installation and commissioning
